1. Definitions
For the purpose of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
“Travbeez” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Travbeez Private Limited.
“Client” / “Customer” / “Traveller” refers to any individual or entity booking travel services through Travbeez.
“Land Package” refers to travel components excluding flights, such as accommodation, sightseeing, transfers, meals, and activities.
“International Travel” refers to travel outside India.
“Domestic Travel” refers to travel within India.
“Departure Date” refers to the date on which the travel commences.
“No-Show” refers to failure to report for travel or services without prior cancellation.
“Force Majeure” refers to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, war, or civil unrest.
2. Our Commitment to Flexible Travel Planning
Travbeez understands that travel planning involves financial commitments and uncertainties. We aim to make your journey stress-free by offering flexible payment options, transparent installment schedules, and clearly defined cancellation policies, while aligning with airline, hotel, and partner regulations.
3. Payment Policy – International & Domestic Packages
Scenario 1: Booking Made More Than 46 Days Before Departure
A. International Travel
At the Time of Booking:
25% of the total land package (non-refundable deposit)
100% payment of flight tickets (if booked)
Visa fees (if applicable)
5% GST
5% TCS (as per Income Tax Act)
Installment Schedule:
First Installment: 50% of remaining land package – due 45 days prior to departure
Second Installment: Balance 100% – due 30 days prior to departure
B. Domestic Travel
At the Time of Booking:
25% of total land package (non-refundable deposit)
100% payment of flight tickets (if booked)
5% GST
Installment Schedule:
First Installment: 50% of remaining land package – due 45 days prior
Second Installment: Balance 100% – due 30 days prior
Scenario 2: Booking Made Within 30 Days of Departure
International Travel
100% land package cost
100% flight cost
Visa fees (if applicable)
5% GST + 5% TCS
Domestic Travel
100% land package cost

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Payment Modes & Additional Charges
Debit/Credit Cards: 3.0% surcharge
RuPay Credit Cards: 3.5% surcharge
Bajaj Finserv / Diners / Amex / International / JCB Cards: 5.5% surcharge
Cash deposit at bank/ATM: 1.5% surcharge
Note: To avoid extra charges, we recommend online bank transfers or UPI.
6. Late Payment Policy
Late payment fee: ₹500 per day
Maximum grace period: 7 days
Maximum late fee: ₹3,500
Failure to pay within 7 days will result in automatic cancellation with 100% forfeiture of paid amount
7. Taxation & Compliance (Important Notes)
PAN card is mandatory for international bookings.
TCS @ 5% is mandatory for overseas tour packages.
If PAN is not provided, TCS @ 10% will be charged.
GST (5%) and TCS are non-refundable.
TCS can be claimed while filing Income Tax Returns (ITR).
8. Visa Disclaimer
Clients must submit complete and accurate documents for visa processing.
Travbeez does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be responsible for visa rejection, delay, or denial.
Standard payment and cancellation policies will apply irrespective of visa outcome.
9. Special Passes & Attraction Tickets
For Dubai, Vietnam, Singapore, and similar attraction passes:
100% payment required at booking
Cancellation up to 21 days prior: 75% refund
Cancellation within 0–21 days or no-show: No refund
10. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds are processed within 15–21 business days
Refund timelines depend on partner and bank processing
Travbeez is not liable for bank-related delays
11. Force Majeure
Travbeez shall not be liable for losses due to events beyond control including:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Riots, strikes, or political unrest
Additional costs due to such events shall be borne by the client.
12. Changes & Amendments
Changes or rescheduling are subject to supplier approval
Self-booked services outside Travbeez are not covered
No claims accepted for partially self-arranged packages
13. Final Notes
All bookings are subject to supplier rules
Promotional or group packages may have stricter cancellation rules
Travbeez reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice
